General terms for product availability, standard online orders, bulk quotations and international buyer enquiries.
Fresh produce is specification and season dependent.
Availability, grade, size, colour, maturity and seasonal characteristics can vary. A standard online order is accepted when confirmed by Ritika Enterprise. Bulk, institutional or international requirements may require a separate written quotation covering specification, packing, quantity, route, pricing, payment and timing.
Customers and buyers are responsible for accurate contact, delivery and destination information. Payment confirmation may be required before dispatch or shipment coordination. Fresh produce is perishable, so deliveries should be inspected promptly and material issues reported with supporting details or photographs as soon as practical.
Any export-related inspection, documentation, customs, airline, shipping, insurance or destination requirement depends on the actual product and market and is subject to confirmation before commitment.
