Information used for service and fulfilment
We collect information needed to respond to enquiries, maintain customer accounts, prepare quotations, process orders and coordinate delivery or export-related discussions. This can include name, email, phone, billing or delivery information, destination market, product requirements and order notes.
Information is used for fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention, legal or accounting obligations and service improvement. When an external payment provider is used, payment credentials are handled by that provider according to its own controls. We do not sell customer personal data.
International business enquiries may require information to be shared with relevant service providers where necessary for a requested quotation or shipment discussion. Actual processing should follow applicable law and the final commercial arrangement.
